Bob, I grew up on Manchester Avenue in Paterson, NJ and when I was a teenager my dad had a friend who owned a body shop where you worked. I was in awe when I bought a car you and your boss had soldered together a 1960? Corvair that I bought as my very first car. I have always loved the Happenings and I think about this story every time I hear about the group. Hope you will be playing at Alba's Tuesday night in Lakehurst, NJ See you there if you are.

Thanks, Bob and The Happenings, for the great songs and for still touring and keeping it alive.

Bob, wanted to send you a private email. Please tell me how I can do it?

Thanks and have a great, blessed day...

We saw you tonight in Long Branch, NJ.
During the summer months, we are lucky enough to attend many concerts in the NJ parks and towns. Well, we (my husband and I) have seen you many times. The Happenings are by far the best group we've ever seen. We expect to see you accepted into the Hall of Fame!

Loved tonight's concert in Ridgefield Park, NJ, but was missing Girl on a Swing and Number One. Maybe next time?? Thank you guys for performing in such heat and humidity. You were just as great as ever. Bob M., I grew up in West Paterson (now Woodland Park), and I was just entering my freshman year at Passaic Valley High HS when your original band became popular. We were so thrilled to have a famous group evolve from our area. Then quite a few years ago we used to eat at Colucci's Restaurant in Haledon just to hear you. So glad your band has been touring. We try to attend whenever you are in the area. Wishing you continued success!

I would walk around as a teenager and sing your "See you in Sept" song. it was a great hit. Your voices had that special harmony.

I attended your concert at the Mahopac High School last week, and it gave me such an uplift. Have been recuperating from many surgeries, and it was my first night "out" in a long time - had a little difficulty navigating the stairs and aisles in the auditorium, due to my physical condition - but I was determine that I wasn't going to miss you. Thank you for a wonderful show and bringing back many beautiful memories - may God bless all of you always.

Attended the Rock n Remember concert last evening at the Akron Civic Theater in Akron, Ohio to which "The Happenings" were one of five acts performing. Wow! All I can say is when you guys started singing, we were all back in the 60"s again. Go Away Little Girl and See you in September were mine and my husbands favorites. Your voices sounded just like my 45 records I have. This was the first time, we every saw you live in concert and we follow all the oldies groups that come in to our area of Cleveland and Akron Ohio. I hope your tours will bring you here again before our time runs out. I was fortunate to get your autographs in the lobby of the theater and I must say all you guys were so pleasant and cordial to everyone. I will show off my autographs (like a silly teenager). Thanks again for a super wonderful show.

Bobby I lived on Manchester ave in Paterson. we were neighbors, you lived with your sister and mother in a little white house, I lived next to school 19.I remember back in the late 50 s and early 60, I think you and a group of guys singing on the street corners on Union Ave. now 68 years old and your music is still on my cd player. my kid brother is tom. he was the one that told me about you hitting the charts with, See You in Sept. I played baseball for many years with Lenny. I went to central high with one of the Zisa brothers but I don t remember if it was Joe. Just thought I would drop you a line. I understand you live in Calif. I did also for awhile, San Digo in 67/68. anyhow keep up the tunes, I will never forget any of them
